Shipping & Returns
We will pack and ship out your by ARME pieces within 3-5 working days via Singpost.
For Singapore Customers
Free delivery for all orders delivered to a Singapore address. All local orders will be fulfilled with via Singpost through registered postage and you can track your orders here.
For International Customers
Flat delivery fee of SGD35 to the rest of the world. We will be using Singpost, Singapore’s delivery service for all international orders. You can track the delivery status of your order here. All taxes import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid for in order for your parcel to clear customs. We have no control over these charges as customs policy varies from country to country.
We do not accept any returns or refunds. We craft and pack all our bags with care, but if they have been damaged by the time they reach you, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will arrange for a replacement.
Unless it is an error on our part, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. We will contact you via the email that you have used at checkout. Do ensure that the email provided is accurate. We will do our utmost to contact you should we receive an undelivered parcel. However, parcels that are unclaimed after 1 month will be deemed as by ARME’s property. No refund will be offered.
